By creating an account or using Confidence Vault, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Confidence Vault is a wellness check-in service that allows you to store emergency information and designate a trusted contact who can access this information if you fail to check in. The service includes daily reminders, escalation notifications, and secure vault storage.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information and update it as needed. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings.
5. Limitation of Liability
Confidence Vault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. This service is not a substitute for emergency services. In case of an emergency, contact emergency services directly.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the service for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
