Refund Policy

Free Trial
All new accounts include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.
Subscription Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for your first subscription payment. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund.
After the first 30 days, refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods. When you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@confidencevault.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We typically process refunds within 5-10 business days.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Click "Manage Billing" to access the customer portal where you can cancel. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, violation of our Terms of Service, or fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
