HOW IT WORKS

See Confidence Vault in action

Set a check-in schedule, choose who should hear from us, and decide exactly what they can see if a check-in is missed.

Meet Marg Anyone and her trusted contact, Alex Morgan. All names and details below are fictional. These display-only demonstrations cannot send messages or change an account.

01

Set your check-in schedule

Marg chooses a daily 8:00 AM check-in and her reminder preferences. If she has not checked in 30 minutes after her reminder is sent, the escalation process begins.

Control what they can see

Permissions are set per trusted contact. Marg shares the categories Alex may need, while categories she does not select stay private. A wellness-check location is available when the account owner permits it.

Check in

A normal reminder is simple: Marg confirms she is okay. The example below shows that same simple check-in experience. It is for display only and cannot be used to check in.

05

If a check-in is missed

After Marg’s configured grace period, Alex may receive an alert. A missed check-in is a prompt to reach out. It does not tell you what has happened.

Notification and access steps can vary by channel. Email carries the secure link; WhatsApp can link to an incident experience that may not require a PIN; SMS directs the contact to email for the full details.

When you’re okay, they know you’re okay

If Marg safely checks in after an alert, an All OK update can be sent to the trusted contacts involved. This lets them know no action is needed.
