Contacts receive guidance and access to information according to the permissions you set for each contact. Current-incident WhatsApp links may not require a PIN.

Confidence Vault does not monitor your activity or dispatch emergency services. Your contacts decide how to respond, and their response cannot be guaranteed.

What happens if I miss a check-in?

If you miss your scheduled check-in, Confidence Vault attempts a reminder through your enabled channels. If you still have not checked in after the applicable waiting period measured from your scheduled check-in time, it alerts your contacts, regardless of reminder delivery. Each contact receives guidance and access to the information you authorize for them.

What is Quick Check-In?

Quick Check-In lets you set a timer when you’re heading out, such as running errands or going to an appointment. If you don’t check back in before time runs out, your trusted contact is notified.

Do I need to wear a device or keep the app open?

No. Confidence Vault works with simple reminders. No wearables or complicated setup required.

What if my schedule changes or I’m traveling?

You can adjust your check-in anytime. It’s designed to fit real life, not a rigid schedule.

How does the free trial work?
