How does the free trial work?
You get full access to all features for 14 days. No charge until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be billed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
What's the difference between Essential and Plus?
Essential covers the basics: daily check-ins, one trusted contact, and email/SMS escalation. Plus adds multiple contacts, WhatsApp delivery (coming soon), custom escalation timing, and priority support.
What happens when Founding spots fill up?
Once all 100 Founding Member spots are claimed, the plan is permanently removed. Existing founders keep their $7/month rate for life.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe with industry-standard encryption. We never store your card details.
